At RAVE Coffee, we want you to love your brew; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for equipment and a freshness guarantee on our roasted beans.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging; for food safety, coffee bags must be unopened and seals must remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
