The Vunga washing station is well known for producing high quality coffees. They are distinct, juicy and have a great balance of acidity and sweetness. Roasting this coffee is a total joy - uniform colour change, caramelisation and good flavour development.

 

A medium roast style ensures the citrus notes are well balanced by a sweet berry note and smooth chocolatey finish.
